Do you accept my insurance? We are out of network with all insurance companies and cannot bill your insurance directly. However, we may provide a Superbill for patients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement for the services rendered. A Superbill is an itemized document that provides all appropriate diagnostic codes, insurance bill codes, and lists all services provided to the patient. These superbills can be submitted towards their deductible or for their HSA/FSA account.

FSA & HSA Plans For ChiropracticFlexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) are used by a large number of people for a variety of purposes. We are glad to deal with folks who have such accounts here at Esguerra Chiropractic. Both FSA and HSA accounts are eligible to pay you for using our services. Except for a failsafe, both function similarly to a personal savings account. You can transfer funds between savings accounts and withdraw cash whenever you wish. These accounts only permit them to be used for eligible medical costs. This implies that you won't be able to employ the holds if you have a propensity to reach your hand into your savings account to do so. Additionally, pre-tax contributions are made to this account. Your company must provide an HSA or FSA account, albeit they are not compelled to do so. You are not compelled to make contributions to it as an employer either. The employee is only obligated to make contributions to the employee account; the employer is not required to do so. Each pay period, your company will deduct from the employee's gross pay a predetermined sum of money. By lowering their taxable income, these accounts enable people who are self-employed or employed to take home a larger paycheck. The funds deposited into these accounts from each pay period can be utilized all year long for authorized medical, dental, and vision costs. Even approved dependent care expenses are eligible for their usage. That means you can use these money to cover copays, eligible prescription costs, and even some medical equipment for yourself as the account holder, your spouse, and any dependents. We are happy to work with people who have such accounts. Contact us to find out if this applies to you.
